New Years Resolutions – How To Get Fit Things

So how many of us have made the same resolution to get in shape this year? This year will be THE year, I just know it.  I’m psyched up and filled with a lot of “get up and go” attitude.  Which I will.  There’s just this show I wanted to watch on TV first...
