So how many of us have made the same resolution to get in shape this year? This year will be THE year, I just know it. I’m psyched up and filled with a lot of “get up and go” attitude. Which I will. There’s just this show I wanted to watch on TV first... Actually, I’ve found the just Thing to help muscle-ize my middle section while I sit on the couch watching movie marathons. It’s this Ab Belt that uses electrical stimulation to make your ab muscles contract and get stronger. Tingling muscles aside, eventually I’ll need to do SOMETHING that involves breaking a sweat to help burn off the extra pounds. That’s where I turn to Things like the PushUp Pro™ that maximizes every struggling effort I make and DVDs like Beyond Crunches to keep me motivated (“Iron-clad obliques?” Sounds sweet to me).
