Things On Sale
Everyone is trying to save money these days and I'm no exception. But there are so many Things I just can't live without! So, I went through our sale Things and realized we have bargains on everyThing from Electronic Things, to Novelty Things, to Collectible Things. I found a lot of good deals--so I can save money and I still don't have to do without!
Electronic Things: Muzee Internet Radio lets you listen to over 13,000 worldwide internet radio stations you may not have known existed. You don't even have to install any software--just plug it into a USB port, choose a country, city, genre or keyword and a list of available stations appears. Plus, it automatically updates with new stations as they become available, lets you save your favorites and even lets you record music to your PC.
Security Things: I cleaned my office the other day and just about wore out my shredder. It still works, but the noises it makes now are strange and somewhat disturbing. I keep wondering if it's going to spontaneously combust! The worst part is, I still have a stack of data CDs that I need to dispose of securely, but even on its best day, my shredder can't handle that. So this DVD/CD Destroyer is just the Thing to help me finish cleaning up. It has a rotating head with three steel points that cut deep into the surface of the CD, making it impossible to read. It plugs into your computer's USB port and "erases" data within a few seconds.
Collectible Things: This particular collectible is a useful Thing, too. Especially now that I have all these Things that plug into USB ports. The Darth Vader USB Hub is animated with light-up eyes, a moving head and Vader's trademark heavy breathing. Push a button to activate him or select random intervals throughout the day. When you plug in a device, Vader activates with the sound of a light saber.
Novelty Things: Speaking of saving money, here's a novelty that will help you do just that! Our Fanny Bank has a strategically located slot where you drop your savings. It answers you back with a big, juicy...errr...thank you. (If you can call simulated flatulence gratitude.) Don't worry, you won't have to wait for it to pass your deposits...you can access funds through the bank's other bottom.
Things To Watch: Since I'm trying to stay home more often, I was excited to see our Benny Hill DVD sets are on sale. With each set you get hours of hysterically funny ground-breaking comedy featuring Hill's signature ballads, pantomimes and slapstick routines. At this price, you can get all six for a total of 48 hours of side-splitting hilarity.I hope this helps you keep a little extra cash in your pocket without feeling deprived of the Things you need or want.
