Back-Ordered Items
Items in your order are shipped as available. If any items on your order are back-ordered, it will not delay the shipping of the rest of your order, nor will it change your shipping and handling charges. We will ship the back-ordered items as soon as we receive them.

Due to limited availability, Things You Never Knew Existed reserves the right to limit the quantity of any item sold to an individual and/or address.

Checking Out
Once you have added the items you want to order to your Shopping Bag, just click on the Shopping Bag button at the top-right corner of the page. From the Shopping Bag page you can review your order, change item quantities, select items to be gift wrapped and enter shipping recipients. When you are ready to process your order, just click on the Check Out button at the bottom of the Shopping Bag page to proceed to the check out section.
Go to the Shopping Bag page now.

Check Status of an Order
To check the status of an order or of your account, please visit our Order Status section and log in. You may check statuses of orders placed on the Internet, by phone or by fax, provided sufficient time has elapsed for the order to be entered into our system.
Note to Canadian customers: Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears our international facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. All other inquiries should be directed to CanadianOrders@thingsyouneverknew.com.

Check Status of a Return
To check on the status of a return, please visit our Order Status section and log in. You may check statuses of your returns provided sufficient time has elapsed for shipping and processing of your package. Times will vary depending on ship methods and nature of the item.

Forms of Payment
Credit card orders may be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Mail orders can be paid by personal check or money orders. Sorry, we do not accept CODs. For your security, we verify all credit cards to billing address. Please make sure the billing address you enter matches the address at which you receive your credit card statement.
Note to Canadian customers: We currently only accept credit card payments for Canadian orders.

Foreign Orders
Currently we only ship orders to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-826-8125 (8:00am - 6:00pm ET, M-F) for shipping rates on orders not within the United States or Canada.

Items Shipped From Another Location
Items shipped from another location require extra delivery time (usually stated in the item description). Please allow the time stated in each item description before inquiring about your order. Sorry, we are unable to offer gift messages, cards, gift wrap, express, overnight, or rush delivery for these items. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. When ordering heavyweight items, additional shipping charges may apply. Personalized and custom items are always shipped from another location. To avoid errors and delays, please verify all personalization before you submit your order.
For personalized items with multiple names we regret we cannot put names in specific order. All letter casings will appear as shown. For example, some names will have the first letter capitalized with the remaining letters lower-cased. While other names will be in all capitol letters.
