Standard Shipping

Orders reach you within 8-10 business days of our receipt of your order (View transit map for Standard Shipping)

Rush Shipping

Orders reach you within 4-6 business days. Please add $7.00 to Standard Delivery charge (see chart below)

Express Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET reach you within 2-3 business days. Please add $12.00 to Standard Delivery charge (see chart below)

Overnight Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET reach you within 1-2 business days. Please add $20.95 to Standard Delivery charge (see chart below). Additional charges may apply to large orders. For a shipping quote on larger orders, please call our customer service department at 1-800-668-6174.

For all Express and Overnight Orders:

You must provide a telephone number, and a signature is required at time of delivery.

NOTE: Express and Overnight orders can only be shipped to STREET addresses (no PO boxes, APO/FPOs.)
AK, HI, PR, VI, GU please add $10.00 surcharge to the Express or Overnight rate. (Phone number required)

Standard Shipping & Processing Charge:

The shipping and processing charge is intended to compensate us for the cost of processing customer orders, handling packaging and shipping products for delivery from our warehouse to you, together with related overhead expenses, and providing you with nothing less than excellent customer service and support.

Rush and Express Delivery

The shipping time specified for Rush and Express delivery is only applicable for items available in stock at the time of your order. Please provide your daytime phone number. Add $7.00 to Standard Shipping & Processing Charge for Rush Delivery and $12.00 for Express Delivery.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may choose to ship your entire order to your workplace, your home or another address at no additional cost. If you are ordering for yourself and others, you may ship part or all of your order as gift to one or more addresses for an additional $4.98 per address. (Gift wrap not included)

Note to Canadian customers: We are sorry, but at this time, we can only ship Canadian orders to a single address.

Delivery of Halloween & Christmas Merchandise

Guaranteed Delivery for Halloween and Christmas applies to in-stock merchandise for mail, phone, fax, and Internet orders that we receive by the dates below. Express delivery requires a street address (No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or rural routes).

Important: If additional delivery time is stated in the item description (for example, personalized items and items shipped from other locations), we cannot guarantee Christmas or Halloween delivery using the dates below. Please allow the time stated in item descriptions for those items.

The dates below apply to deliveries to the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. all Continental States, except Alaska & Hawaii)
